The Process

This is a project I worked on in my Interaction Design class in 2019. I worked on improving the general interface design of a mobile application I use to book my doctors appointments.

I wanted to simplify the workflows by focusing on these four main interactions. For the final screens, I decided to focus on the appointment booking workflow.

VD Spec

Here are some of the final screens I ended up designing. I reorganized some of the main workflows so that the user could easily access them using the bottom navigation bar. I used bolder colors to guide the user through different workflows. Lastly, I minimized the amount of buttons and information on each screen so that the user could focus on each interaction they wanted to make per screen.
